KM Series - inflatables with rigid floor and inflatable keel - Profi

These models have a rigid floor structure and an inflatable keel, which provides greater stability of the pontoon at high speeds. The inflatable keel is attached to the soft bottom, it has a valve for filling with air.

The spacious cockpit allows you to comfortably transport a large number of people and cargo. The pontoon is packaged in two bags that can be easily placed in the trunk of your car.

Inflatables are constantly modified, one of the next and at the same time very important additions is the equipment with a patent safety valve regulating the pressure in the chambers. Valves drop already during pumping when we exceed the nominal value and when the pressure inside the chamber increases due to e.g. leaving the pontoon in full sun. There is therefore no danger and risk of damage extremely difficult to repair damage which is the rupture of chambers. Two chambers are equipped with valves.

For the production of boats used multilayer materials of such manufacturers as: PVC PLASTEL 750-950 gr/m2 (Czech Republic), PVC VALMEX 1050 (Germany) and PRO-BOAT-1000 gr/m2 (south-Korean company). The material consists of a layer of synthetic fabric (polyester) with a 2-sided layer of (poly)vinyl chloride coating combined with a special two-component adhesive. PVC layers ensure the tightness of the material. The material is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, salt water, gasoline and oils. It retains its properties in the temperature range from - 30 ° C to + 60 ° C.

The material is a layer of synthetic fabric with double-sided coverage (poly)vinyl chloride bonded together by a special adhesive fluid. The PVC layer protects against air penetration through the material. The material is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, salt water, fuel, oils. It retains its properties at temperatures from -30 to +60 degrees Celsius.

The seams are made using the contact method, and with additional reinforcement of the external and internal sides. For gluing seams, a two-component polyurethane adhesive is used, which is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, creates the effect of the so-called. "cold welding."

Boat sides have compartments that separate the chambers. The partitions are made in the shape of cones for pressure equalization in all cylinder chambers.
