The Bushraft Trekker is less than 90cm wide and 220cm long, making it a fairly fast and maneuverable unit. Trekker is a packraft designed for trekking trips without a bike and without the option to take a dog or child. We have 2500g using the strongest 420/840D materials.

In Packraft, the locks for storing luggage in the sides were deliberately abandoned. This allows you to raft on rough terrain without worrying about damage or moisture to your system. This makes packraft more resistant to moisture, sand or mud. In packrafts with locks for storing luggage, filling the packraft with heavy equipment also makes it difficult to overcome transfers, because the whole set must be carried together and often the assistance of another person is needed. Locks in the packraft after some time lose their tightness and it turns out that you still have to carry luggage in additional bags, and this significantly increases the weight of the set.

Packrafts with luggage compartments cannot be squeezed as compactly as packrafts without locks, as this can damage both the lock and packraft. Plus, they’re permanently tied to packraft, so you have to wear them even when you don’t need them (e.g. on one-day runs). Due to their unreliability, they often have a limited warranty. In BUSHraft packrafts, the guarantee is up to 36 months!

Packraft BUSHraft is adapted to be mounted on the bow and stern of waterproof bowbags in XXL version – 60 liters. Thanks to this, we get up to 120 liters for luggage! Tightly closed bow bags are also additional buoyancy chambers in the event of packraft failure (most packrafts have only one chamber to optimize weight).

By default, BUSHraft is produced in dark green, which allows you to observe nature more closely and blend in with the surroundings, especially if you would like to see it from a close distance, e.g. kingfisher or deer drinking water from the river. Dark green also allows you to remain more unnoticed if you want a discreet accommodation in the forest or np.na island. This color masks dirt or harmful UV effects much better, thanks to which your packraft maintains a better appearance.

Packrafts with a well-weighted front, e.g. bowbags are about 10-20% faster than packrafts with luggage on the stern or in the sideboards. Thanks to this, you can sit in the back on the packraft – comfortably leaning against the packraft stern and increasing your legroom.
