QUALITY :
All MAWERIC inflatables are certified to the highest quality ISO 9001:2000 as well as CE safety certificate.
Inflatables are made of 5-layer PVC material additionally reinforced with polyester material resistant to stretching and tearing. PVC thickness 0,9 mm with a weight of 1100g/m2, resistant to UV radiation, salt water, fuel, etc. It retains its properties at temperatures from -30oC to +60oC. Camo inflatables have a different thickness and weight.
The expected service life of the pontoon is about 20 years.
The seams are made using the contact method, cold glued /welded / and additionally reinforced with 2,5 cm tape from the outside and inside.
The sides of the pontoon are equipped with partitions /chambers / that separate the chambers, and equalize the pressure in all chambers of the pontoon.
