HOW TO USE:

Portion for people up to 75 kg = 7.5 g, over 75 kg = 15 g

Dissolve a given portion in a glass of water and drink about 30 minutes before training.

Shake before use. The product undergoes a natural caking process.

A single intake of beta-alanine in an amount above 800mg may cause side effects, i.e. tingling, numbness.

It is advisable to keep at least 3 hours break between individual portions of the product.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
