LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE? WHAT IS THAT?
Compression massage. It causes better metabolism by oxygenating tissues (cells) and removal of metabolic products, as well as filling the capillary network of blood vessels.
The treatment primarily facilitates the transport of excess fluid from the muscles, and this leads to relaxation of tissues and reduces pain caused during training or as a result of progressive diseases.
Lymphatic drainage is used to eliminate lymphatic edema by improving the circulation of lymph and helps to remove the resulting venous blood stasis, as well as prevents the formation of new ones.
