Polyurethane Adhesive 500ml with Hardener for Mattress Pumped Mat

 

 

 

 

Polyurethane adhesive with hardener designed for quick and durable repair of mattress, pumped mat and other products made of PVC, rubber.

Therefore, it is perfect for: PVC inflatables, swimming pools, mattresses, inflatable toys and many others.

It guarantees a strong, flexible connection resistant to water and weather conditions.

Use

1. The surface and the place to be glued must first be cleaned with acetone, isopropyl alcohol or ethyl acetate. 2. To the glue you need to add 5% volume of hardener. (whole hardener for the whole can of glue) 3. Grease the glued surface and the place of gluing with a thin layer of glue. 4. Wait 5-15 minutes. 5. Repeat point 3. 6. Wait 5-15 minutes. 7. Heat both surfaces, e.g. with a dryer, heat gun (up to approx. 50 degrees C). 8. Combine the glued elements and press them for 15-20 seconds. 9. The adhesive receives hardness after 48 hours.
