In order for the belt to be properly fitted, follow this instructions:

1. Put the belt on the waist, buckle forward, and fasten it.
2. Retract the belt tightly by the free end so that it fits well.
3. Put the free end through the safety loop and tighten it firmly.
4. Remember to secure the buckle with a zipper.
5. To remove the belt, first move 1 slider, then squeeze 2 buckle.

As shown in the instructions above, this swimming belt has a double closure system that makes it impossible to accidentally unfasten it and be left without a belt while swimming.
