The Gravity Trainer Hook is a high-quality steel hook designed for ceiling mounting. It is ideal for hanging:

You are limited only by your imagination. This type of solution is a great option to expand the functionality of sports products that you already have and jump into a new dimension of training. If you stock up on the right mounting pins, you will be able to mount the hook on the wall as well (e.g. in ceramic blocks)

✅ The hook is made of high quality steel. It has two loops attached to the base, making it much safer to use. It can easily withstand a load of 250 kg. Our hook can be used by up to two or four people at the same time (when training with TRX).

✅ As standard, high load-bearing mechanical anchors designed for installation in concrete are attached to the hook. The safe weight that the hook and anchors can easily carry is 250kg, but we have a large safety stock here and it is purely in theory much larger. However, we recommend that the weight does not exceed this value.

✅ The hook has a flat base, so it adheres well to the ground. Thanks to this, it looks aesthetically pleasing, and loads are distributed evenly to the ground.

✅ Our hook has 4 mounting holes so that it can be firmly attached and there is no risk that any screw will release. Competitive solutions often have only two holes, which can cause the hook to bend from the ceiling/base plane and unscrew it.

✅ The hook was made in black so that it can easily fit into any interior: from the gym, through the climatic basement, on the house or apartment.

✅ Screws included in the set will also be used in structural wood, so you can easily install it also in wooden substrate (e.g. roof construction).

1. Why should I choose your hook and not other competing solutions?

The solution proposed by us has a number of advantages that competitive products do not have. Among other things, 4 holes for fixing screws, high-quality material, two loops for training on TRX for many people, strong mounting screws and tasteful color.

2. Is your hook secure?

We make every effort to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and free of defects. When using a product, we always recommend that you check its condition because each product has its own life and simply wears out during use. In the case of a hook type product, special care should be taken because we often hang on the product. So far, however, we have not had any reports from customers.

3. What does it mean that the strength of the hook is 250 kg?

This means that with a static load, 250 kg can hang on it and nothing disturbing should happen. Remember that during movement you generate additional loads over the weight of your body and then you can assume that the dynamic load is twice as much as your weight. Therefore, we do not recommend exceeding the permissible load (although the hook should withstand them).

4. I'm not very advanced / advanced - can I handle the assembly?

Installation can actually be a kind of barrier. It requires having some equipment such as a drill, drill or wrench, but most should cope with it. The hook comes with practical installation instructions in PDF. If you are worried that you will not be able to handle the assembly or do not know if you can at home, you can ask a friend or neighbor for help :)
