CUTTER 90

It belongs to a new series of devices made in the IGBT 200kHz technology for air plasma cutting of sheet metal and steel, aluminum and copper elements.

The equipment is recommended mainly for professionals in plants with high use of cutting processes.

It is used in closed or covered rooms, not exposed to direct atmospheric influences.

The device has a 6m handle with HF pilot arc ionization and a built-in air preparation unit with a reducer and pressure gauge for adjusting and controlling air pressure from the control panel.

The cutter is equipped with a 2T/4T switch and a TEST function for checking and cleaning of the air installation.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY

Technology based on bipolar transistors with an isolated gate. It combines the ease of control of field transistors with high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology has the effect of significantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment.

PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING

The power source is equipped with a thermal, automatic overload switch. When the temperature of the cutter is too high, protection will disconnect the cutting current and the overheating diode will light up. After the temperature drops, the circuit breaker will automatically reset.

MAXIMUM CUTTING THICKNESS 30mm

The value of the maximum cutting thickness was determined under optimal cutting conditions of ordinary quality carbon steel. In order to select the right device, it is recommended to perform technological tests in real working conditions and on an example sample of material.

ARC GLOW HF

Built-in contactless initiation arch pilot system without high frequency. It provides excellent quality cutting, with extended service life of consumable parts.

WORK CYCLE

The work cycle is based on a 10-minute period. Working cycle 60% means that after 6 minutes of operation of the device, a 4-minute break is required. 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously, without interruptions

OPERATING MODE 2T

To start cutting, press the micro switch, which starts the plasma arc. Release of the micro switch will stop the cutting process.

OPERATING MODE 4T

To start cutting, press and release the micro switch. Stopping of the cutting process will occur after pressing and release of the micro switch again.
