The Alignment Kickboard has a hydrodynamic shape that improves water flow and swimmer body position.

The Alignment training board has a stabilizing hand grip that allows you to place your hand under it, thanks to which it creates the perfect extension of the hand and the perfect position of the body. There is no need to hold on both sides. During use, the board is submerged just below the water line, which allows swimmers to obtain a body position not burdening the shoulder joints, while allowing the legs to work underwater.

The Alignment board is short, so compared to standard swimming boards, it puts less pressure on the shoulders. The board is a great training tool, as it is also suitable for working on side kicks. It is made of foam material, making it durable and lightweight.

Using the board together with the swimming tube allows you to focus on the position of the head and improve the technique.
