The evaporation of glasses is primarily due to the temperature difference between the body and water. The pair appears on the inside of the glasses when the body warms up during training. Then, every drop of sweat settles inside the swimming goggles. In fact, this is an advantage: all drops combine and form a layer of water that allows clear vision.

Activate the anti-fogging coating by dipping the glasses in water and then sliding your finger inside the glasses (after touching the glasses, do not re-dip the glasses in water). In case of recurrent fogging (on average every 40 workouts), wash the inside of the glasses with neutral, liquid soap (avoid bar soap) to remove the layer of impurities that has accumulated there. Do not be afraid of scratches: this new technology is very scratch-resistant.

Dip the glasses, then slide your finger on the inside of the glasses to create a thin layer of water that effectively protects the glasses from evaporation during training. Steam does not settle on the surface anymore, because it is absorbed by this thin layer of water. The clarity of this water layer is excellent: you can enjoy your workout. If you take off your glasses to put them on your forehead, the glasses may lose this layer of water: you should then touch the glass again with your finger to create it.
