How to use a shaker

Simply pour the desired amount of powder supplement (protein powder, creatine powder or pre-workout booster) into the shaker, add water, milk or juice, close it tightly and shake until the powder dissolves. Thanks to the whisk ball placed inside, the powder dissolves quickly and after a few seconds your favorite drink is ready for consumption. After use, rinse thoroughly with warm water and allow to dry.
