DC31 HMS is a bar connected with rubbers, thanks to which we will perform a whole range of exercises. Lightweight instrument, for versatile use. It can replace thera band rubber, except that it will be more convenient to use. It will work in any type of training or rehabilitation.

DC31 will be used for training both upper and lower muscle parts. It will find its application at every level of the exerciser’s advancement. Rubbers in three load ranges will allow you to vary the intensity of individual exercises. With the help of a bar, we will also perform exercises to increase mobility, range of motion in the joints and motor coordination.

Exercises can be performed by putting rubber on the feet and making movements with the bar, or vice versa, holding the bar with your legs and stretching the rubber. An additional handle will allow you to attach the rubber to the door, thanks to which we will be able to perform even more exercises.
