Old Lawns is a herbicide in the form of a liquid (oil emulsion in water) for the preparation of an aqueous emulsion used in foliage, intended for post-emergence control of dicotyledonous weeds on lawns, sports fields and golf courses. The product is intended for use with hand and field sprayers.

Effects on weeds

The agent works systemically. It is taken up by the leaves and moved to the roots of the weeds, causing the growth and dying of plants to stop. The first symptoms on sensitive weeds appear after 1-2 days. The growth of weeds is inhibited and the weeds die after 3-4 weeks. The agent works most effectively after application during the period of intensive weed growth.

Sensitive weeds: lanceolate plantain – sensitive only at a dose of 4 l/ha, common plantain starfish, white clover, odorless maruna, common dandelion, clingy hug, common daisy, forget-me-not, sorrel.

APPLICATION OF THE MEASURE

Use the measure only from the beginning of April to mid-September.

Lawns, sports fields, golf courses.

  • Apply during good weather, on moist soil from spring to early autumn during the period of intensive weed growth.
  • Maximum single dose: 4 l/ha (equivalent to 40 ml of agent per 100 m2)
  • Recommended single dose: 3 - 4 l/ha (equivalent to 30 - 40 ml of agent used per 100 m2)
  • Use the higher of the recommended doses of the agent on weeds in older developmental phases and in the case of severe weed infestation, especially with plantains and dandelion.
  • Maximum number of treatments during the growing season - 1.
  • Recommended amount of water: 200 - 300 l/ha. (100 ml of herbicide Old Lawns should be poured into 5 - 10 liters of water)
  • Recommended spraying: medium droplets.
