INGREDIENTS: Skimmed milk powder, lactose, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed, sunflower), palm kernel fat, demineralized whey powder, vitamin C, iron diglycinate, vitamin A, zinc sulfide, calcium carbonate, potassium iodate, vitamin B12, folic acid, vitamin D.

PREPARATION: Cool the boiled water to 50°C and pour about half the volume of water into a clean bottle. Loosely fill the included Humana scoop and align the excess powder with the convenient inner edge of the package. Measure 6 scoops into a bottle. Close the bottle and shake vigorously, then add the remaining volume of water and shake again until completely dissolved.
