Wessper CleanMilk is an effective and safe cleaning liquid for dairy systems in coffee machines.

The preparation dissolves the remains of dried milk, fats and proteins that can cause odors, clogged wires and deterioration of the quality of milk frothing. Regular use ensures hygienic cleanliness, perfect lather and fresh taste of each coffee.

Method of use

🔹 External cleaning:

• Apply a small amount of the preparation to a soft cloth.
• Thoroughly wipe all external elements of the machine.
• Then wipe the surface with a dry cloth.

🔹 Cleaning parts:

• Pour 25-50 ml of liquid into a dish with 950-975 ml of hot water (50-60°C).
• Dip only the external elements of the machine (e.g. frother, milk ducts).
• Leave for 5-10 minutes.
• When finished, rinse all components thoroughly under running water.

🔹 Automatic cleaning:

• If the machine has a milk system cleaning program - follow the manufacturer's instructions.

🔹 In the absence of a cleaning program:

• Prepare the solution: 25-50 ml of the agent per 950-975 ml of water.
• Pour the solution into the milk tank.
• Under the nozzle, place the container for the outflowing mixture.
• Start the process of preparing milk or cappuccino - repeat until the tank is empty.
• Remove any remaining solution, rinse the container and fill with clean water.
• Run the flushing process with clean water 3-4 times to completely clean the system.
