Recommended daily intake unless your doctor tells you otherwise:

Step 1

Wash your hands and brew the dishes needed to prepare the product.

Step 2

Boil fresh drinking water for 5 minutes, then leave to cool (up to approx. 40 °C).

Pour the right amount of water into the brewed cup (according to the nutrition table).

Step 3

When opening the product, carefully peel off the protective film to avoid possible injury. Using only the included, washed and dried scoop, measure the exact number of flat, unwhipped portions of powder and add them to the prepared cup. Follow the values given in the nutrition table.

Step 4

Close the cup and shake vigorously vertically until the powder is completely dissolved.

Step 5

Check the temperature of the product on the inside of the hand joint. Wash the cup immediately after use.

It is recommended that the transition from milk feeding Bebilon PROfutura DUOBIOTIK 2 to Bebilon PROfutura DUOBIOTIK 3 be carried out gradually, reducing the amount of powder Bebilon PROfutura DUOBIOTIK 2 and increasing the amount of powder Bebilon PROfutura DUOBIOTIK 3. Bebilon PROfutura DUOBIOTIK 3 can be served as a standalone meal or as a basis for preparing meals.

What are the nutritional needs of a child after 1. The year of life?

When the child is 1. year of life, its menu is already very varied: it should contain ingredients from different product groups – vegetables, fruits, milk and dairy products, meat, fish, eggs, cereal products, fats. However, the yearling still has special nutritional needs – for example, 6 times more vitamin D and 4 times more iron and calcium than an adult* – so his diet should be different from the menu of older family members. It needs a properly composed menu that will provide it with all the ingredients necessary for proper growth and development in appropriate amounts – protein, fats, carbohydrates, as well as vitamins and minerals.

How proper nutrition affects the immunity of the child after 1. The year of life?

The immune system is most intensely formed in the first 3 years, but this process takes up to 12 years. year of age. It is worth remembering that the child during this period is still developing dynamically and needs to provide nutrients with the diet in order to grow properly. The child’s diet should be varied. It should include products from all food groups, i.e. vegetables, fruits, cereal products, protein products - milk and preserves, meat, fish, eggs and fats. Studies show that as many as 80% of children aged 1-3 in Poland have a diet too low in vitamin D, which plays an important role in the formation of the immune system.
