Work Sharp took deep into heart user suggestions regarding the possibilities of improving certain design nuances. In this way, a professional knive sharpening system with smooth angle adjustment, digital protractor and metal construction was created. All this, in order to ensure stability, repeatability and precision of sharpening.

Work Sharp Professional Precision Adjust has improved all the weaknesses of the standard Work Sharp Precision Adjust model and introduced a number of advanced upgrades, thanks to which you can buy a professional sharpening system for professional applications. In addition to structural changes aimed at increasing the rigidity and convenience of sharpening, the manufacturer enriched the system by attaching a digital protractor increasing the precision of sharpening settings, a stand useful for stabilizing large knives and an additional magnetic block for sharpening small knives.

The set includes a complete set of 5 diamond tiles, ceramics, a plate with leather for honing and a round ceramic rod for sharpening serrated blades.

To increase the stability of work, the sharpener has a heavy enlarged base on which a rigid metal frame is mounted. Thanks to the holes in the stand, if necessary, the sharpener can be permanently attached to the worktop. After upgrading, the user can tilt and lock the frame at an angle, which allows the large knife to rotate. spring jaws V-Block Clamp were used to attach the knife. Massive locking arm holding the knife is made of metal alloy, which guarantees rigid and stable blade placement during sharpening. The rotating design of the vice not only holds the knife stable and secure during sharpening, it also allows you to grind both sides of the edge without having to disassemble the knife. The V-Block Clamp operates in the range of 180°, so that after pressing the side locking button, we can turn the vise with the knife mounted and start the grinding process of the other side of the edge.

When sharpening large and heavy knives, we can use a polymer stand, which is an additional point of support. The screw-in guide of the sharpening module eliminates the possibility of accidental disconnection from the frame and makes grinding more controlled. Once the sharpening is complete, the sharpening module can be locked on the frame in an upright position, making it easier to store the entire system.

Thanks to the suggestions of Work Sharp users, in the new edition of the sharpener, he introduced a stand that stabilizes and stiffens the arm when sharpening large and heavy knives. By increasing the stability of the knife holder, we can maintain a constant sharpening angle and precisely grind the cutting edge without unnecessary corrections. A great convenience is the adjustable block for sharpening small folding knives. Magnetic handle and the ability to precisely adjust the ramp depending on the width of the blade revolutionizes the way small knives are cut.
