Aurora Monument Gold – fresh fruity start and soft, creamy transition

Monument Gold is a fragrance that starts bright and fresh, but gets softer and more enveloping over time. This is not your typical citrus freshener – it has some sweetness and warmth that only come out after a while.

At the opening you can feel citrus, pineapple and lychee with the addition of pink pepper. It is juicy, slightly exotic and with a delicate claw. A start that gives energy, but does not tire.

It gets more floral in the heart. Jasmine, rose and orange blossom build a classic, slightly sweet atmosphere, while ylang-ylang adds creamy softness. Here the smell begins to smooth out and becomes more “close to the skin”.

The base is a calmer, warmer background. Amber and cashmeran give a pleasant wrapping, musk smoothes the whole, and patchouli and sandalwood add a little depth. Nothing dominates – everything is rather well balanced.

It is a fragrance that will work every day – especially if you like something fresh, but not completely light and fleeting.
