Beta-alanine is an amino acid that occurs naturally in the body. It is a precursor of carnosine, a compound present in skeletal muscles. In dietary supplements, it is available as an ingredient intended for use by people leading an active lifestyle, as part of an individually selected nutritional plan.

Beta-Alanine 700 is recommended in all sports, both aerobic and anaerobic.

The product is intended for people with increased physical activity. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 3 capsules.

Beta-alanine is composed of a dual amino acid carnosine, which supports muscle work. Carnosine regulates the pH of the muscular system by maintaining acid-base balance. Thanks to this, the production of lactic acid is reduced in the muscles, which means that beta-alanine stops muscle acidification and reduces the feeling of fatigue. What’s more, pre-workouts containing beta-alanine have a positive effect on the course of subsequent regeneration.

How to use:

• A single serving of the product ‒ 1 capsule drink 300 ml of water. Use 3 servings per day.
• On training days: the first portion in the morning after waking up, the second portion 30 minutes before training, the third portion immediately after training.
• On non-workout days: the first portion in the morning after waking up, the second portion between meals, the third portion before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

• Beta-Alanine: 2100,00 mg

Ingredients: 85 % beta-alanine; capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropylcellulose); anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish and peanuts.

Attention! The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The preparation is not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women. A single intake of beta-alanine in excess of 800 mg may cause tingling and numbness. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Storage method: Store in a dry room, in a closed container, at temp. 15 to 25°C, out of reach of young children. Protect from light and moisture. Once opened, consume within 3 months.
