ICEN 1812 75NC osmotic membranes are recommended for reverse osmosis filters and RO filters used for the treatment of highly ferrous water, which accelerates membrane wear. Standard dimensions of the membrane allow it to be used in most kitchen RO filters, capacity 50 GPD (up to 190 liters per day).
Due to its standard dimensions, it can be used for most osmotic filters. The membrane consists of multiple layers wound onto a perforated mandrel placed inside.
The osmotic membrane retains 96%-99%, of dissolved organic and inorganic impurities, heavy metals and some bacteria and viruses not less than 0,001 microns.
Frompollutants are separated and discarded into the sewerage system. Perfectly purified water passes through the holes to the central stem and under pressure flows out of the membrane. Membranes should not be used for microbiologically contaminated water and unknown origin.
