How do we deliver the boards?

☔ Impregnation of boards

We offer twice impregnation in any chosen color from the color palette of Vidaron and Sadolin

Advantages of impregnation:

• protects wood from weather conditions
• provides a coating resistant to mold fungi causing cyanobacteria and algae
• enhances the beauty of natural wood
• protects the surface from water ingress, while allowing the wood to breathe

How do we impregnate the boards?

• apply two layers of the preparation (after the first layer is thoroughly dried, the second layer is applied)
• We paint pickets only with appropriate humidity - wood inadequately dried will not absorb the preparation properly.
• boards are sent after the impregnation has dried completely.

It is possible to order color samples.

The implementation time of impregnation is from 10 to 20 working days.

We specialize in the production of wooden boards. We make them from high quality spruce or larch wood.

What do we offer our customers?

• aesthetically made boards
• selected wood (without falling knots)
• seasoned wood with adequate humidity
• we have high processing capacity - we are able to execute any order (from retail to wholesale)
• for larger orders we are always willing to negotiate

☝ How is a planed board made?

1. Good quality wood comes to us from sawmill in the form of boards
2. Then the boards are seasoned, which at a later stage guarantees no problems with crooking and twisting the pickets.
3. In the next step, our employees select the boards in terms of quality, and then cut the boards by length.
4. The cut board goes to the planer, which four-sided smoothes the board, after which the board is sanded on both sides
5. After the whole process, the finished boards are laid out in stock and are waiting for shipment to our customers.

☝ Do the boards have knots?

Our boards are segregated in terms of quality, have healthy knots - they will not fall out.

☝ Is it possible to discount with a larger order?

If you purchase more it is possible to get a discount on your order.

☝ Can boards be painted and assembled immediately after purchase?

Yes, our pickets are ready to be painted and assembled immediately after purchase.
