Purpose

The NICE Wingo 2024 24V set is designed for medium-sized swing gates, with a wing length of up to 2.0 m and a weight of up to 200kg, which allows you to handle a double-leaf gate with a width of 4 meters and a total wing weight of 400kg! In addition, the set can be extended with an antenna, increasing the range of operation of remote controls and elements increasing the safety of automation: a warning lamp and one or two photocell lines.

• equipped with a convenient emergency unlock mechanism in the absence of mechanical power, which allows you to open and close the gate in manual mode in the absence of electric current or malfunctioning of the gate
• amperometric obstacle detection system - is used to detect possible obstacles that may occur during normal movement of the gate. Thanks to this function, when encountering an obstacle, the drive stops the gate and changes the direction of its movement
• smooth release function during closing and soft start – consists in reducing the speed so as to avoid a strong when opening or closing the gate. Thanks to this, the gate runs smoothly and does not make noise during operation.
• phototest function – before each movement of the gate, the control panel automatically checks whether the photocells are functional and when everything is working properly, the gate is set in motion.
• gate function, i.e. partial opening of the gate or one wing – thanks to it, when you walk or ride a bike, you do not have to wait for the gates to open and close completely
• self-braking drive - means that the gate locks mechanically when the engine stops working. Thanks to this, there is no need for additional mechanical locking of the gate using a lock, nor is it possible to open it manually
• The control panel cooperating with the actuators is adapted to the power supply taken from the emergency battery (PS124), which provides emergency power - thanks to this, the actuators will open and close the gate even in the event of a power outage.
