Attention!
Some USB-C ports on devices (e.g. HP Elitebook, Acer Aspire, Google Pixel) do not support video output – they are for charging only.
Phones and other devices may not provide enough power, leading to an automatic brightness reduction of up to 30 or the need to connect the charger to the monitor's USB-C port before connecting the phone.
The USB-A to USB-C cable cannot be used for image transfer.

❓ Does the device work with a laptop/phone with one USB-C cable?
Yes, if your device's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and power. When the port is only for charging, use a Mini HDMI cable for the image and add USB-C power.
❓ A phone connected via USB-C dims the screen – why?
Without external power supply, the brightness can automatically drop (e.g. up to 30) due to too little power from the phone. Connect the USB-C charger to the second monitor port.
❓Can I use a USB-A→ USB-C cable for the image?
No. Such a cable is for power supply only and does not transmit a video signal.
❓ No image or “no signal” message – what to do?
Use the included wires, check the signal source in the OSD, add USB-C power, and in Windows set the "Expand" mode. Some USB-C ports on laptops do not support video.
❓Does it work with iPhone/iPad?
Yes! iPhone requires Lightning→ HDMI adapter (newer models with USB-C work with USB-C cable). iPad with USB-C works directly with a USB-C cable; iPad with Lightning requires a Lightning→ HDMI adapter.
❓Why is the brightness not saved when turned off?
The monitor does not have a built-in battery – brightness settings should be set when turned on ( +/- buttons).
