The laptop works with:

• SP-Daten database necessary to work with NCS Expert and WinKFP - for encoding, flashing E series drivers;
• ISTA+ (Ista-D) in Polish;

The offered laptop is post-leasing equipment in very good technical condition. It has the original Windows 10 Professional 64-bit software, best suited to most diagnostic tools on the market. The battery lasts about 1,5 - 3 hours depending on the mode of operation.

The laptop has an installed system and configured interfaces that are included in the kit.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS INTERFACE AND REGULAR K+D-CAN?

Traditional K+D-CAN interfaces support one K-line on pin 7, which may not be enough for some models. The interface available at this auction has a built-in switch for K-line diagnostics on both pin 7 and pin 8. Thanks to this, with the 2K+D-CAN interface, you will perform full diagnostics of all K-line modules in E-series models that require it.

NOTE: Some mistakenly claim that the same effect will be achieved by bridging (soldering together) pins 7 and 8 in ordinary K+D-CAN interfaces. Unfortunately, this solution causes errors by mirroring communications and blocking the D-CAN protocol.

The interface supports diagnostic protocols:

• High-speed D-CAN and PT-CAN (500 kbit/s)
• Low-speed K-CAN (100 kbit/s)
• BMW ports (OBD-interface)
