How to choose the size of the mask?

• Close your mouth and measure the distance between the lower edge of your beard and the eyebrow line.
• If this distance is less than 12 cm select size S/M
• If this distance is more than 12 cm select size L/XL

HOW TO USE A MASK?

1. Install the breathing hose heads at the top of the mask. Make sure the mask is fixed

2. Completely loosen both sides of the headband and headband. Lift the band and rest your chin at the bottom of the mask.

3. Pull the headband and put it on the back of your head. The mask will adhere to the face and should be a good fit.

4. Tightly tighten the lower part of the band so that both sides are the same. Make sure it's sealed.
