Method of use

Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, 1-2 capsules a day in a divided dose, with a meal.

Contraindications:

Storage:

Store at room temperature in a dry and dark place, away from small children. Do not use if the packaging was damaged or with the film removed.

Additional information:

People consuming more than (50 mcg) 2000 IU/day of vitamin D (from diet and supplements) should periodically measure serum concentrations of 25-hydroxy vitamin D.

Vitamin D supplementation is not recommended for people with high blood calcium levels.
