Security

The outer shell of the AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix), combined with an EPS system consisting of several elements with different absorption properties, provides optimal impact protection.

The new CWR-F2 viewfinder, designed specifically for the SHOEI NXR2, enables distortion-free and very natural vision. Reinforcements on the top and bottom edges of the viewfinder increase its torsional rigidity, and the locking mechanism located in the center prevents accidental opening of the viewfinder. Thanks to the improved mechanism, the viewfinder can be replaced quickly and tool-free.

The enlarged PINLOCK EVO lens, resistant to evaporation and supplied with the helmet, provides clear vision on a large part of the field of view, even in difficult weather conditions, thanks to mounts located far behind.

The Double-D clasp is easily adjustable and securely holds the helmet in place.

In emergency situations, the cheek pads can be easily removed thanks to the EQRS (Emergency Quick Release System), which facilitates gentle removal of the helmet.

Comfort

The availability of five shell sizes outer (XXS-S | M | L | XL-XXL | XXXL) makes the NXR2 a compact, lightweight sports helmet with a wide range of sizes. Low weight relieves neck muscles, reducing the effect of fatigue, both during sports driving on the track and during long journeys.

The central inserts, pre-molded cheek pads and chin strap cover are completely removable and washable.

The newly designed cheek pads make it easy to put on and take off the helmet. Thanks to their more massive lower part, they reduce the rider’s exposure to noise. The central and cheek pads are available in a variety of thicknesses, allowing for a customized fit.

There are also special recesses in the helmet that allow you to mount the intercom system.

Ventilation

6 inlets and 4 air outlets in the SHOEI NXR2 helmet, connected by a branched ventilation system inside the shell, significantly reduce the temperature and humidity inside the helmet. They always provide enough fresh air for the rider without increasing the noise level. The result is a pleasant coolness inside the helmet, which allows for a concentrated and effortless ride, both during sporty riding on the track and during motorcycle trips to warm countries.

Aerodynamics

The integrated spoiler on the back of the head stabilizes the helmet at higher speeds. The compact and aerodynamically optimised design of the SHOEI NXR2 further reduces its air resistance and tendency to float compared to the already low values of the previous model. This effectively relieves the neck muscles of the rider and reduces the effect of fatigue even during longer rides.

Turbulators at the edges of the viewfinder and the newly developed viewfinder gasket minimize noise generation in the viewfinder area.

Accessories

For SHOEI NXR2, viewfinders in various shades and mirror coatings are available. The helmet is equipped as standard with a transparent CWR-F2 visor, which is also available in a photochromatic (self-tinting) version. All viewfinders of this type can be equipped with PINLOCK EVO lenses.

The SHOEI accessory range also includes cheek pads and central inserts in various sizes and thicknesses, which can replace the original inserts or allow individual adjustment of the helmet.
