E2 is the second generation of adventure helmets by SCHUBERTH, and at the same time the second model in the offer with double P/J approval and meeting the requirements of ECE 22.06. SCHUBERTH E2, is the perfect combination of the comfort of the famous "C" helmet line with the aggressive look and feel of using an off-road helmet. The new E2 also meets the latest SCHUBERTH standards for safety, aerodynamics and aeroacoustics.

NEW ADJUSTABLE VISOR

• • The new E2 visor has been refined in the SCHUBERTH wind tunnel, thanks to which it was possible to minimize the formation of vibrations and flutters. E2 offers a multitude of configurations, allowing not only to adjust the height of the canopy in three positions, but also its very easy disassembly.

IMPROVED JAW AIR INTAKE

Good ventilation and maintaining the optimal temperature is the key to comfortable long-distance travel both on asphalt and off-road.

The new SCHUBERTH E2 is equipped with a double inlet on the jaw. The upper inlet panel prevents the viewfinder from fogging up when driving at lower temperatures, while the lower panel increases airflow when driving in extremely hot conditions. Dust, mud and insects are an inseparable element of traveling in difficult terrain. Therefore, the lower inlet on the jaw has a replaceable, washable filter that prevents them from getting inside.

NEW UPPER VENTILATION SYSTEM

The ventilation in the E2 model has been taken to the next level. The E2 is equipped with a two-stage adjustable head ventilation inlet and an enlarged spoiler integrated with ventilation outlets. All this to ensure excellent airflow during the journey in the most demanding conditions.

SCHUBERTH INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM

The padding on the E2 sets a new standard for maximum comfort. The standard size and shape of the padding has been designed to provide uncompromising comfort to all SCHUBERTH customers. People who have more unusual head shapes are very often forced to make big compromises when choosing the right size.

However, for SCHUBERTH such compromises are unacceptable. Therefore, the E2 model joins the SCHUBERTH INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM, offering padding of different thicknesses for both the sides and back of the head and cheeks.

(Upper head padding of different thickness is available for sizes M/L/XL).

• HELMET SHELL:

Directly processed fiberglass (SCHUBERTH Direct Fibre Processing) in combination with a special resin is compressed in a vacuum under high pressure, creating a durable yet extremely lightweight helmet shell.

• INTERNAL LAYERS:

The new EPS material provides better shock absorption and more headroom. It has two densities for the main part and its sides

The new seamless SCHUBERTH INDIVIDUAL lining allows you to adjust the helmet according to your individual needs.

• FEATURES OF THE HELMET:

A new chin strap attachment position to improve comfort in the throat area and a system to prevent the helmet from rolling off the head (A.R.O.S).

Patented viewfinder mechanism equipped with position memory function.

Greater field of view thanks to the new “urban position” mechanism of the viewfinder and new mechanisms for fixing the sunscreen blend.

When the intercom is mounted, the Plug and Play communication system is based on the Sena 50S system with speakers, Mesh antenna, FM antenna and Bluetooth antenna preinstalled in the helmet shell.

The new, easier-to-use jaw closing mechanism for weight reduction has been reinforced with fiberglass.

Reflective elements on the chin, collar, above the top seal and in the stickers improve visibility when riding with the jaw open and closed.

SAFETY FIRST AND FOREMOST

For SCHUBERTH, safety is the heart and soul of every product. E2 has double P/J approval and meets the standards of ECE 22.06. The outer shell of the E2 model is made in the DIRECT FIBER PROCESSING technology patented by SCHUBERTH and has been reinforced with a Carbon layer to improve energy absorption and reduce weight.

Like the entire SCHUBERTH collection, the E2 uses the A.R.O.S. system to prevent the helmet from rolling off your head during an accident. A.R.O.S. has been combined with chin straps in a new way, increasing comfort in the throat area.

INTERCOM (INTERCOM IS AN ACCESSORY ELEMENT, YOU BUY IT SEPARATELY)

The most advanced technologies in the service of the SCHUBERTH E2 model. Extremely easy to assemble, configure and operate, the SC2 intercom sets new trends in motorcycle communication. HD headphones and three antennas for radio, Bluetooth communication and Mesh technology are pre-installed in the E2 helmet.

SC2 is fabulously easy to assemble. Plug in the HD microphone, remove the two end caps, plug in the remote, then the unit with the control panel and you're ready to go!

MESH 2.0

Thanks to Mesh 2.0 SCHUBERTH SC2 technology, it allows you to achieve an incomparable level of intercom connection quality by redefining the concept of “communication network”. Mesh 2.0 technology allows you to connect a virtually unlimited number of interlocutors.

The new system is additionally equipped with a microphone and HD headphones from SENA. Advanced noise control, virtual assistant and range are on par with the best products available on the market.
