- In order to make a return, it is necessary to present a receipt / purchase invoice.
- Factory packaging should show no signs of use.
- Please do not stick tapes or address labels on the factory packaging. In case of return,the product should be placed in an additional box/bubble envelope or wrapped in stretch film.
In addition, if the returned products are unable to meet the return conditions set out earlier, a fee may be charged for restoring the products to their original condition.
