Measuring the head circumference is a simple process:

1. Use centimeter tape and wrap it around your head.
2. Make sure that the tape runs about 1,5 cm above the ears and about 2 cm above the eyebrows.
3. On the back of the head, place the tape at its most protruding point, just above the occipital.
4. Make sure the tape is wrapped evenly and accurately around your head, without excessive tension or slack.
5. Read the result on a centimeter tape that will represent the circumference of the head.

Remember that measuring the circumference of the head is a measure more or less, because each of us has a different anatomical shape of the head.
