The RPHA 91 is HJC new modular touring helmet, designed for all-day comfort. The new Premium Integrated Matrix EVO (P.I.M. EVO) shell offers improved shock resistance and is lightweight thanks to reinforcing materials such as carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, fiberglass, organic non-woven fabric, and flax fiber (natural fiber). The new, distortion-resistant HJ-37 face shield and HJ-V17 sun shield provide the rider with clear and enhanced peripheral vision. The perfectly designed chin bar locking system now features a hidden closure point for smooth contact and reduced pressure on the cheeks. A minimal noise level is ensured by the RPHA 91's three-dimensional, quiet interior, which is designed for significant road noise reduction. A neck support system is also included to further reduce noise. For convenience, the EPS design allows for riding with glasses. The RPHA 91 also supports Smart HJC Bluetooth systems of the 2nd generation.

Safety:

• The shell made of Premium Integrated Matrix EVO material using CAD technology ensures a very high level of safety, thanks to the use of super-strong fibers: carbon-aramid, carbon, glass, organic, and flax

• The visor is equipped with a new locking system (Push & Release System) that increases safety and is easy to use with gloves

• A convenient cheek pad removal system allows for safe emergency helmet removal

• Micrometric buckle closure

• The helmet meets the rigorous ECE R22.06 standard, which includes extended testing of impact energy absorption, shell penetration resistance, and structural integrity of the strap and buckle, ensuring the highest level of safety

Ventilation:

• A refined ventilation system with adjustment allows for optimal airflow inside the helmet

• Five intake channels above the visor and two in the chin area provide a wide range of airflow adjustment

• Two high-performance rear exhaust channels effectively remove hot air from inside the shell

• The visor lock allows it to be slightly opened for defogging and improved ventilation
