How to set two-component Pinlock® pins (type 70)

1. Wash the glass from dust (soft microfiber cloth).
2. Remove the protective film from the Pinlock® insert – do not touch the active layer.
3. Tilt the visor (gently) – preferably when removed from the helmet.
4. Slide the insert under the pins – each pin has an eccentric socket.
5. Tighten the setting: rotate the pins so that the insert is slightly tight (equally around).
6. Check the gasket on the perimeter of the insert – it must adhere without gaps.
7. After installation do not wash aggressively the inside of the viewfinder – only a soft cloth, without chemistry.

When there are minor “milk” spots – this usually means too little tension of the insert; twist the pins gently by 1 to 2 “teeth”.

Size selection

Measure the circumference of the head 1 cm above the eyebrows. The helmet should adhere (the padding will lay slightly after a few rides).

Sizes: XS 53–54 / S 55–56 / M 57–58 / L 59–60 / XL 61–62 / XXL 63-64.

The interior of the IONIC+ is soft to the touch, breathable and easy to maintain – you can wash it all. The speaker pockets and wiring make it easy to install the intercom, while the two shell sizes help keep the proportions and weight in check.
