Clay dishes are excellent vessels for storing water.

You should choose those without a glazed coating, because it may contain cadmium and lead. Clay products without glaze due to their porous structure are excellent absorbers of all microorganisms and chemical poisons, just like medicinal carbon.

The alkaline nature of clay ensures the proper pH of the water stored in it and has a positive effect on the acid-base balance of the body. Thanks to the use of clay vessels for water storage, we maintain proper hormonal balance, because bisphenol contained in plastic mimics female hormones and blocks male ones. Our dishes are made in Poland using the traditional craft method from local raw material and have been tested for the possibility of contact with food.

Water stored in clay jugs, thanks to evaporation, is naturally cooled to a temperature of approx. 14°C.

In a clay vessel, heat from water is converted into gas and is excreted with it. This makes clay vessel water perfect for satisfying thirst.

• Before use, rinse the dish several times to get rid of the external sediment. It is not harmful, but it affects the clarity of the water.
• Unglazed clay dishes should be rinsed with warm water with a tablespoon of Kłodawska salt before the first use. This procedure should be repeated every few days. It is also worth, if possible, to dry the dishes, exposing them to direct sunlight.
• It is best to consume water (or other liquids) after a minimum of 8 hours from the moment they are poured into the dish.
• Do not use any detergents for washing clay dishes by Gliniany Zdrój!
• Changing the color and formation of deposits on the inner walls of vessels are natural processes.
• The so-called “sweating” of clay vessels filled with water or other liquid is completely natural and desirable, and testifies to the filtration processes taking place in the vessel. Therefore, unimpregnated clay dishes should be placed on the included impregnated stands or plates after filling with water.
