This is a complete kit for self-activation of the internet on the supplied SIM card, which includes:

• Orange starter,
• means of activating and extending the validity of the internet package
• our original paper activation instructions with step-by-step instructions for activating the 400 GB package for a year

A SIM card with funds to activate the 400 GB package for one year and paper activation instructions are provided. The buyer does not have to top up anything on their own, all necessary funds are provided on the starter.

❗ After receiving the starter kit, you must register the card number within 12 months and activate the package on your phone once. Once activated, you can use it on any device.

Brief instructions on how to activate the package:

1. Registration of the starter number provided
2. Inserting the card into the phone and making a test call to fully activate the SIM card
3. Activation via SMS on the provided number of consent to send commercial information electronically to activate the additional GB package, the operator may send SMS / MMS with current promotions to the provided number from time to time

After completing the above steps, the starter does not require any top-ups to operate the 400 GB internet package for 365 days.

The 400 GB per year package only works on Polish territory . The EU package can be purchased separately.

▶ Number registration options (the customer registers and activates the package independently after receiving the set):

Registration is possible at all available registration points, which are listed on the operator's website. These include options such as:

• registration through Millenium bank, ING, PKO SA, PKO BP, Inteligo, Mbank, Velo bank, Santander, Alior bank, cooperative banks of the BPS Group, Kasa Stefczyka BOŚ bank, BNP Paribas, Credit agricole. This option is registered only via a special form available on the operator's website.
• registration at registration points such as Orange showrooms, Żabka stores, Inmedio kiosks, Relay, and selected petrol stations
• SMS registration via another Orange number registered to a natural person, limit to 5 numbers per PESEL.

The card is delivered unregistered and the customer registers the number provided after delivery.

▶ Additional information:

• the card does not have a PIN code, it is disabled by default
• 400 GB transfer works only on Polish territory , it is possible to purchase a 0.25 GB roaming package to the EU for PLN 5.80
• there are no monthly limits, after activating the package the entire transfer can be used in its entirety, without division into months.
• the card can be used in any device, e.g. usb modem, smartphone, tablet, smartwatch, router, phone, router, etc.
• Dynamic IP (variable)
• The card supports data transmission in 2G, 3G (the operator plans to turn off the 3G network by the end of 2025), 4G LTE and 5G. The device will automatically select the best available connection technology.
• In Orange Free prepaid there is also a free 5G connection option available.
• 3in1 size: SIM, MICROSIM, NANOSIM
• you can make voice calls and text messages after topping up your account, the funds after topping up will be valid as long as 400 GB internet.
• Each SIM card has a telephone number assigned and allows you to make calls: 79 groszy per text message and 79 groszy per minute of call
• the card works on the username, password and apn settings for the word internet

▶ Exchange for e-sim.

• The card is factory-installed on a physical medium in a full SIM format, with the possibility of breaking it into micro and nano.
• Exchange for eSIM is free of charge. After activating the package, simply call the operator's hotline to have the eSIM profile sent to your email address. Once eSIM is loaded, the standard SIM card will stop working.

▶ Transfer amount and validity can be checked free of charge in the following ways:

• short code on your phone/smartphone *101*01# (call)
• by logging in to the Orange website after entering My Orange on your computer
• via the My Orange application on your smartphone

▶ Options for purchasing additional internet or extending validity:

• you can buy an additional 5 GB for PLN 5.8
• you can purchase an additional extension of the validity of unused internet for an additional year for PLN 39
