Ingredients:

1 cup flour with the whole purpose

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1/2 cup milk

1 egg

2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

1 Vanillin extract teaspoon

Instructions:
