• ECTOVIT® is a product based on the unique abilities of ectomycorrhizal fungi. It is in liquid form, very easy to use in gel form when mixed with water.

Mycorrhiza Ectovit from the Symbiom brand contains only naturally occurring fungi in nature and is not genetically modified, does not leave any chemical residues in the soil.

The mycorrhizal fungi contained in ECTOVIT® combine with the roots of plants, causing their development and providing better access to water and nutrients, making plants healthier, more resilient and vital.

Most naturally living trees have mycorrhizal fungi on their roots, but the trees planted by us in the garden, orchard or new area do not have them. That is why it is so important to provide ECTOVIT® mycorrhiza roots. Thanks to it, they grow healthy and long.

ECTOVIT® is designed for most coniferous and some deciduous trees:

• pine, spruce, larch, fir
• oak, birch, beech,
• chestnut, hornbeam, chestnut, daglesia,
• Alder, poplar, willow*
• hazel, linden

* these trees require two types of mycorrhiza – also SYMBIVIT® is necessary

Not suitable for:

For fruit trees and some ornamental conifers like Tuja – use SYMBIVIT® for these plants. For plants of the heather family (rododendron, heather, blueberries, cranberries) – use RHODOVIT®.

The most popular method of application is to make a solution. To do this, mix the 2 bags contained in the package with the indicated amount of water.

Mycorrhiza can be used in two ways:

1. Soaking the roots in solution before planting the plant
2. Application of the gel directly to the roots of plants - should be made in the ground small holes to the depth of the root block and a solution with mycorrhiza should be applied to these holes.

Method of use and dosage:

– The 100 gram pack contains a bag of dry mycorrhiza carrier weighing 34 gr. and a bag with mycorrhizal mushroom isolates in a liquid weighing 66 gr. (per 1.5 liters of water)

– The 300 gram pack contains a bag of dry mycorrhiza carrier weighing 100 gr. and a bag with mycorrhizal mushroom isolates in a liquid weighing 200 gr. (for 5 liters of water)

– The 3 kg pack contains a 1 kg bag of dry mycorrhiza carrier. and a bag with mycorrhizal fungi isolates in a liquid weighing 2 kg. (for 50 liters of water)

– Example: a pack of 300 grams is enough for application approx. 80 hazel trees or 200 small seedlings of coniferous plants.

Important: For the first 3 weeks after application, avoid the use of systemic fungicides, as they can harm mycorrhiza. Chemical fertilizers should be carefully dosed to avoid the risk of overdose (mycorrhizal fungi convert nitrogen into ammonium form and also make 70% more phosphorus available to plants). Shelf life 1 year. The solution must be used within one day of preparation.

Clay as a carrier, mycorrhizal fungi, natural starter fertilizers for mycorrhiza, extract from algae and other marine organisms, biodegradable hydrogel.
