2. Check the number of teeth/protrusions on the body of the water filter or the old key.

The key was made by laser cutting sheet metal on a precision fiber laser CNC, which allowed to obtain a perfectly reproduced contour with an accuracy of 0,01 mm.

The key has been carefully prepared for the process of galvanization - galvanizing. In order to obtain the best quality and durability of the coating, the key was subjected to sanding.

Sandblasting is the process of cleaning surfaces with abrasive material in a stream of compressed air. The sandblasting effect is similar to grinding, however, the cleaned surface is more even and obtains the roughness required for painting.

Galvanizing is an electrochemical activity during which electrolyte with diluted zinc by direct current is precipitated into electrically conductive materials of metal zinc, which makes the key resistant to corrosion and resistant to abrasion.
