Metal exercise handrails are an ideal and mandatory product for doing complete workouts at home using your own body weight - calisthenics (dips, Australian pull-ups, l-sit, handstand, etc.). Next to the bar, it is a basic device in such training. Our rails stand out from the rest. This is our second, improved version. We have designed them to be as practical as possible and to make the training effects as good as possible. Read the entire ad and you will see big differences when comparing our product with a product from other brands! :)
✔ HEIGHT - most of the handrails offered are simply too low. There is a problem with hitting the ground with your knees or with performing Australian pull-ups. This interferes strongly with training, our handrails are up to 90 cm high!
✔ GRIP DIAMETER - we have established the appropriate grip diameter together with a 42mm sponge, thanks to which the wrist is stable and the tube does not dig into our hand (which is often the case with other handrails).
✔ WIDTH OF THE HANDRAIL - we have also modified the length of the gripping part - is as much as 78 cm! Thanks to this, the handrails are more stable and we can use a wider hand spacing, for example, for Australian pull-ups, front lever, back lever.
Zesta contains
✔ STABILITY - we have also changed the length of the bases to 55 cm, thanks to which the handrails are stable and there are less vibrations during training on them. Special plastic feet are also installed at the ends to catch unevenness.
✔ EASY ASSEMBLY / DISASSEMBLY - The handrail is screwed with screw bases. In the set you will find a key for assembly. Both twisting and unscrewing the handrail takes only 3-5 minutes.
✔ STRENGTH - The product will support a load of 170 kg, so you can easily train on them with additional load and with large growth.
