The extraordinary strength of Forcemaster Catfish rods results from the use of full carbon fiber blanks in their construction. As a result, we have created a series of extremely strong and robust rods that can cope with the aggressive nature of the fish. All models have an extremely strong Shimano DPS M reel seat that securely holds both spinning and baitcasting reels. They also have strong Seaguide XBG stainless steel grommets. Each handle is made of high quality EVA foam. The Vertical features a moderately fast action and a split handle that provides maximum grip, even when wet. The Lure models have fast action and a traditional split handle, while the Static models feature moderately fast action and feature a full EVA foam handle. All rods are equipped with a rubber bottom cap for better comfort during the lobby.
