INSTRUCTION MANUAL

1. Quick measurement on the forehead (Basic): Point the sensor at the center of the forehead (approx. 1-3 cm), press the button and read the result in a second. Perfect when you want to quickly check if a household member has a fever.

2. Professional measurement in the ear (Recommended): Remove the magnetic cap (the thermometer will automatically switch to in-ear mode). Gently insert the tip into your ear and press the button. This is the most precise reading because you measure the temperature inside your body, completely eliminating the impact of wind or sweat.

3. Measurement of objects and surroundings: Switch mode to object. Now you can check the heat of milk in the bottle, water in the bathtub (do not immerse the device! ).

4. Silent mode: A short press of the M/S button allows you to mute the sound. You can examine the baby without risking beeping waking them up.

⚠ WHAT IS WORTH REMEMBERING WHEN MEASURING ON THE FOREHEAD?

Non-contact measurement is extremely convenient, but to be reliable, you should avoid mistakes:

• Stained sensor: Even a fingerprint or dust on the sensor can change the result. Keep your lens clean!
• Barriers on the skin: Hair, sweat, cream or makeup on the forehead act as insulation and can underestimate the real temperature.
• Rule 3 cm: Keep the thermometer close to your forehead (max. 3 cm). The greater distance makes the sensor catch the air temperature instead of the body.
• Acclimatization: If the thermometer was lying in a cold car or cabinet by the window, wait 15 minutes for the device to "feel" the room temperature.
• Rest: Do not measure the temperature immediately after bathing or intense exercise - the skin needs a moment for its heat to stabilize.
• One place: To make the results repeatable, always take the measurement at the same point in the forehead.
