Meadow clover (Latin. Trifolium pratense) is a perennial plant growing up to 10 cm in height. Sometimes it is called red clover, which is a mistranslation from foreign names. It comes from Europe and adjacent parts of Africa and Asia. In the Czech Republic, it began to be cultivated in the nineteenth century, and today it is the decoration of every blooming meadow at all altitudes above sea level.
Part of the phytotherapeutic use are flowers of clover, which are collected from May to October. Meadow clover contributes to the maintenance of normal heart function – supports cardiovascular health and affects blood pressure. It has a beneficial effect on bone health and is recommended for menopausal women.

Dosage and preparation:
Mix one teaspoon of powder with water and drink. Use 2 times a day.
Preparation TIP: Add only 2 times more water than powder to the powder glass and mix into a paste, which is then diluted with liquid – so no clumps are formed. The powder can also be mixed thoroughly with our Salvia Paradise 500+100 ml shaker.
