Ultimate Booster z is a blend of carbohydrates with caffeine, beta-alanine, AKG l-ornithine, taurine, BCAA, glutamine, L-carnitine and citrulline malate.

A mixture with different rates of absorption of carbohydrates with caffeine stimulates the body and provides energy during exercise (Doping Free). Ultimate Booster also contains beta-alanine, which leads to increased levels of carnosine in the muscles, AKG and L-ornithine, providing nitric oxide (NO), taurine, BCAA, glutamine, L-carnitine and citrulline malate. Carnosine buffers lactic acid, which is the main barrier to maintaining high intensity of exercise. L-carnitine transports fatty acids to the cell and mitochondria. Taurine can protect tissue from oxidative stress that occurs during training.
