Vitamin C has a number of key functions. It contributes to the maintenance of the proper functioning of the immune and nervous systems. As a powerful antioxidant, it protects cells from oxidative stress and helps to reduce fatigue. Increases the absorption and action of many other vitamins and minerals, e.g. iron, calcium or phosphorus or vitamin E. It also contributes to the formation of collagen and the proper functioning of blood vessels, skin or cartilage.
Citrus bioflavonoids are nothing more than polyphenols that effectively slow down free oxygen radicals, causing degradation of our body cells. They are therefore an ideal support for vitamin C and zinc.
