Chemically, it is a flavonoid, more specifically flavonol. It is found in various plants and is very well absorbed from the digestive system. In the body, it can perform many useful functions, e.g. supports the process of absorption and stabilization of certain vitamins, including C and E.
Recommended use:
1 capsule 2 times a day. Swallow the capsule and drink plenty of water after the first and last meal.
