3 Forms of magnesium: Lactate, Malate and Citrate

• Magnesium lactate: is a salt formed during the binding of magnesium to lactic acid6. It is easily absorbed and may be slightly milder on the digestive system than other forms of magnesium. This is especially important for people who need to take large doses of magnesium regularly or do not tolerate other forms easily.
• Magnesium malate: is a compound formed from the combination of magnesium and malic acid. Malic acid is found in many fruits and is responsible for their tart taste. One study compared several different forms of magnesium supplementation and found that magnesium malate has the highest bioavailability.
• Magnesium citrate: is a form of magnesium associated with citric acid. This acid occurs naturally in citrus fruits and gives them an acidic taste. Magnesium citrate is one of the most popular magnesium preparations due to its high bioavailability.

Recommended use:

3 capsules once a day.

Usage:

Swallow the capsules and drink plenty of water after a meal.
