Ingredients: magnesium (magnesium lactate); capsule (gelatin, dye: calcium carbonate); zinc (zinc gluconate); Maca root extract (Lepidium meyenii) DER 4:1; bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

The recommended daily intake contains:
