*Cholecalciferol is Vitamin D3

"Vitamin D3 - Cholecalciferol (Latin: cholecalciferolum), Vitamin D3 – an organic chemical compound from the vitamin D group. It regulates the body's calcium-phosphorus balance, enables the absorption of these elements in the intestines, and ensures proper bone mineralization."

"Tocopherol (tocopherol) - is a substance with antioxidant action, it inhibits skin aging processes caused by, for example, UV radiation or cigarette smoke. It is an excellent factor in inhibiting free radical lipid peroxidation in the epidermis and dermis."

"Medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) - also known as MCT Fats

Triglycerides - are the main component of the fats in the food we consume. They differ in chain length and the bonds between carbon atoms. Generally, triglycerides are divided into long-chain (LTC) and medium-chain (MCT). MCTs are therefore triglycerides with a medium carbon chain length.

The fats we usually consume are long-chain triglycerides. They break down much slower than MCTs and undergo more complex transformations. Their breakdown in the body requires lipase enzymes and bile. **MCTs have smaller molecules, so they digest faster and more easily. They are not affected by enzyme deficiency.**
