In other words, regardless of the amount of vitamin K2 obtained either from dietary supplements or from food, only in combination with D3 it gives the desired results. Why vitamin K2 in the form of MK-7 because it is the form best absorbed by the body, which does not allow the formation of the so-called. calcium paradox (excess calcium in the arteries while lacking in the bones).
