Magnesium Day occurs in 3 complexes of organic salts. These are citrate, succinate and magnesium acetyl taurate. Each of the forms is characterized by a high degree of bioavailability. Citrate and succinate are metabolized to the buffer systems of the body, which help maintain acid-base metabolism. In addition, they provide intermediats of the Krebs cycle, which is additionally stimulated in this way, which stimulates the body's bioenergetics. Magnesium acetyl taurate is a lipophilic form that, according to data from preclinical studies, crosses the blood-brain barrier and also plays its role in the central nervous system. Magnesium supports the maintenance of proper psychological functions. Vitamin b-6 and taurine from the magnesium complex contained in the preparation form a synergistic whole.

FORMULA - NIGHT

The composition of magnesium glycinate as well as melatonin and vitamin B-6 can provide support in the evening phase. Glycine, which is part of magnesium glycinate, is an amino acid that is involved in the work of the brain and nervous system in the human body. In turn, melatonin helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep (the beneficial effect occurs when you consume 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed).

Ingredients FORMULA DAY: magnesium acetyl taurate, magnesium succinate, magnesium salts of citric acid, capsule shell (filling agent: hydroxypropylcellulose, pectin), inulin, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), pyridoxal-5-phosphate.

Recommended daily intake: 2 capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Components OF THE NOC FORMULA: magnesium diglycinate, capsule shell (filling agent: hydroxypropylcellulose, pectin), inulin, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), pyridoxal-5-phosphate, melatonin.
